Expecting a Baby? Congratulations!

Congratulations on your growing family! This is such an exciting season, and we're honored you're considering Graceville Pediatrics for your newborn's care.

We offer complimentary Prenatal "Meet the Pediatrician" Visits, giving you the opportunity to:

  • Meet Dr. Adeyeye

  • Learn about our practice and philosophy of care

  • Ask questions about newborn care, feeding, sleep, and the first few weeks at home

  • Feel confident and prepared before your baby's arrival

After your baby is born, we'll guide you through those early days with compassionate, evidence-based care and plenty of time for your questions.

New to Graceville Pediatrics?

We're excited to welcome your family!

Whether your child is a newborn, toddler, school-aged child, or teenager, our goal is to make your transition to our practice as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Before Your First Visit

Please bring:

  • Your child's insurance card

  • A photo ID for the parent or legal guardian

  • Completed new patient forms (if available)

  • Your child's immunization record

  • A list of current medications

  • Any specialist records or recent medical records, if applicable

If your child's records are with another pediatrician, we'll be happy to help request them with your signed authorization.
