MEET DR. A

More Than a Pediatrician

Most of her patients simply know her as Dr. A. Behind that familiar nickname is Olubukola Adeyeye, a board-certified pediatrician with more than 15 years of experience caring for children from birth through adolescence. She earned her Master of Public Health from Columbia University and completed her pediatric residency at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center.

She is also the author of The Heart Behind the Stethoscope. Above all, Dr. Adeyeye considers herself a recipient of God’s grace, a truth that shapes both her life and the way she cares for children and their families.

Dr. Adeyeye is also a wife and mother. She and her husband, Ayotunde, are raising three soccer-loving children who keep life full of joy, laughter, and constant learning.

Her journey in the United States began in Dallas, Texas, before taking her to other states for medical training and experience. Returning to North Texas feels especially meaningful—it truly feels like coming home. In fact, her first child was born in Frisco, making this return even more personal.
